- I am a member of the Natural Physique Association (NPA) on sale at contest site ($25).
- Trunks, one piece men; two piece (bikini) women, no jewelry applies to bodybuilders only (wedding bands OK).
- Provide (2) tapes/90 seconds maximum/ CDs or Cassettes ONLY ONE SONG PER TAPE ALLOWED!
- No vulgar music tapes will be played!
- Figure Rounds (1) (bikini or two piece swimsuit), Round 2 – (one piece suit).
Waiver of Claims
In consideration of your acceptance to this entry form and fee, I waive and release all rights and claims for damages against the following persons and organizations, Si-Flex Physique Club Inc., the Natural Physique Association, Harry E. Silas, Virginia State University, and all their sponsors, association, staff, administrators, officials, agents, and employees. This waiver applies to any injuries I may acquire while traveling to and from the championships at the Contest site. I further agree to abide by decisions of the officials, NPA Committee and declare that all the information contained with this application is true to the best of by knowledge, and is correct and complete. I further agree to hold harmless, waive and release all rights (photos, name and likeness, for media newspaper/TV video magazines), for the NPA Mr. / Ms. Virginia Bodybuilding & Fitness/Figure Championships. Directions to Virginia State University: Take I-95 until you get to exit 54, Temple Avenue. Make a left turn and head west until you get to the Blvd. Make a left turn and take it until you get to Dupuy Rd. Make a right on Dupuy which will turn into east river road. School entrance will be on the left. Turn into Mathews – Jefferson Drive and travel half way around stadium drive. Make a left onto University Avenue and travel until you get to Hayden Street. Make a right and Virginia Hall is the third building on the left.
Heading North on I-95 below Virginia (North Carolina area) take I-95 to exit 54, onto Temple avenue, (same as above).
Heading from Norfolk, Virginia Beach area take I-64 west until you get to I-95 and apply either North or South directions as stated above. (Remember Petersburg is 22-25 miles south of Richmond). You also have the option to take 460E until you get to Petersburg. Pick up interstate 95 north and apply above directions.
From Charlottesville take I-64 east until you get to I-95 and apply above directions.
If all else fails use MAP QUEST!
